CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is CrossFit entirely designed for kids and their specific developmental needs.
This session is once a week and focuses on longer workouts with the goal of building endurance.
We offer distance coaching and private coached sessions for athletes. In the distance coaching, we will either start you off with a phone call or chat in person to establish what your goals are. From there we will conduct some initial testing to see where your base level of fitness and strength is currently. After that we will tailor make a program to suit you and the progress of your goals.

Wanting to build strength, this is the session for you, focusing on building strength through weight lifting.
