Wherever you are on you’re Health and Fitness journey, everyone at Nepean CrossFit will be taken on the path of learning the correct way to do all the technical movements used in our functional fitness group classes. Our team provides you with a 3 option system of kick starting you into fitness training.
Just like the 3 x 1 on 1 session, this is for all first timers or people new to CrossFit. New members attend regular beginners on ramp classes over a 4 week period. Classes run Saturday at 7:00am and Wednesday at 6:30pm. A minimum of 6 out of the 7 classes must be completed to progress into the CrossFit classes. A 1 on 1 make up session will need to be arranged should you not be able to attend the minimum required session.
The beginners on ramp program is designed to be accessible for all levels and abilities. Classes will be capped at 6 participants to ensure a high coach to members ratio. This will ensure you have a complete understanding of all movements associated with CrossFit. In turn fast tracking your success. These are run in 4 week blocks with the next one commencing Saturday 1st July.

This is for first timers or those new to CrossFit. New clients are required to attend a minimum of 3 Personal Training sessions before starting classes. This will make sure that you have a complete understanding of all the movements associated with CrossFit; therefore it will minimize your chance of injury and fast track your success. These are scheduled in with one of our coaches Dan, Jess, Pete or Rishi at a time that suits you and the coach best.
